Fitness has been a lifelong passion of mine. My fitness journey started out in martial arts (when I was just 11,) obtaining a second degree black belt and then taking up kick boxing. After that I found my passion for weight lifting and have been seriously training for 7 years now. I have been a certified PT for the past 2 years and I can't wait to help you reach your goals! If you have ever met me, I have probably talked your ear off about something fitness/nutrition related. I couldn't be more excited to help YOU get excited about it too. Of course I will be building your plans and guiding you in the right direction with nutrition, but my ultimate goal is to give you the tools to be able to confidently conquer fitness yourself!
